'My wife and I booked a car with Leisure for 12 days at the end of October. Rates were very good and the airport pick-up was an added bonus. Our vacation plans changed because of Hurricane Sandy. We had to fly out 3 days early. I sent them an email and Jacqueline at Leisure responded. She told us that our car would be at the airport when we arrived and she even sent Sharon an email informing her about our travel plans so our phone would be in the glove compartment. Jimmy was waiting when we arrived even though our flight was 45 minutes late. Within 3 minutes my wife and I were in a very nice Hyundai starting our vacation. The return was just as easy. Great experience! Will book with Leisure again soon for our April trip to Saint Martin. Thanks, Jimmy and Jacqueline.'

'Just came back from a great week in St. Maarten made even better by the excellent service of Jimmy and Jacqueline. Both met us at the airport door where we completed the usual paperwork and sent on our way within minutes. Had a flat during the week (there ARE some rough roads in St. Maarten) and a call to Jimmy brought him within minutes to our resort to get the tire repaired....in the pouring rain of a tropical storm! At the inevitable conclusion of our trip, we arrived at the airport entrance and were immediately met by Jimmy and Jacqueline where we were given a receipt and on our way to the much more tedious process of checking in. Again, Exceptional Service! Will definitely use upon our anticipated return next year.' 2013 Update: Hi Jimmy, Thank you again for your service! You provide very personalized attention and a complete understanding of a customer's concerns. Last year you braved a tropical rainstorm to change a tire. This year you immediately calmed my concerns about the damage I caused to the rental vehicle's antenna. Next year? I hope there are no problems at all!! 'Just to let you know we have been going to St Maarten for the last 11 years. I found Leisure Car Rental on the web. We are very glad we found you. When we picked up our bag at the airport, an LCAR rep was the first person we saw holding a sign with my name. Everything went great we were in our villa within an hour. All of the paperwork was done at the Airport. We were also upgraded, which was very nice. The next time we come to St Martin we are going to rent from you'
